The Kaizen Evaluation establishes the extent of improvement your organisation can achieve. Through this initial engagement we prioritise with our clients the areas of focus needed, in order for our clients to gain the maximum benefit. Our expert evaluators perform the Kaizen Evaluation at our clients’ site over a period of between one and six weeks (depending on the requirement, scale and complexity of the client’s organisation) through a series of interactive workshops with key personnel.
